Motorcycle Paint

Custom Paintwork

We work with several specialist motorcycle paintwork companies, who we use depends on what you are looking for.

Dream Machine are where we would go for straight forward race replica paint schemes where to keep costs as low as they can, vinyls (printed if required) would be used for the graphics and then lacquered in. As with any service, you tend to get what you pay for.

For the more discerning, we also work with some exceptionally talented guys that only use paint and airbrush all of the graphics within the design. In the case of airbrush work, total personalisation is available. Again, tell us what you are looking for and we can discuss this with the painter to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Airbrush work is obviously very time consuming and comes at a cost. The choice is yours. Take a look at this example here of a Martini Race Replica paint job in full paint (ie airbrushed decals) with wheels that have been powder-coated in gold. The picture does not do ths bike justice. It is absolutely stunning in the flesh!!

Motorcycle Wrapping

Todays vinyls are so much more flexible and allow for complete transformations without the use of paint. The turnaround time for vinyl is also a lot shorter than for paintwork.

An additional advantage to motorcycle wrapping is that it is completely reversible. If you get fed up with the design or if you want to return the bike to standard at any point it’s all possible. Costings vary on the amount of detail required and also the type of vinyl used, generally it is more affordable than the cost of painting.

We have wrapped a standard Ducati Multistrada to look like a Pikes Peak, and personalised several bikes to customer designs. The possibilities are endless.
